You Can Have Whatever You Want If…

During the course of our lives, we have all set goals. Whether it be to obtain an educational degree, save more money, find a better job, lose weight, gain weight, purchase a home, go on vacation, or purchase a new car, we all have goals we either want or wanted to achieve. Tony Robbins reminds us that “Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.” Pay close attention to this statement. Setting a goal won’t make it a reality. It is only the first step.  While setting a goal is a step in the right direction there are many more steps to making the goal attainable.

After setting a goal, it is important to map out the process for making it reality.  This is what I refer to as creating a blueprint.  Here are just a few things to consider:

  • ·         What skills do you need to make it a reality?
  • ·         What current strengths do you possess that will help?
  • ·         What action steps need to be taken?
  • ·         How should they be prioritized?
  • ·         Who will you need to align with?
  • ·         What setbacks can you expect?
  • ·         How can you recover from delays?
  • ·         How long will it realistically take to achieve the goal?
  • ·         Who will achieving your goal impact?  Why and how?

There are many steps to take after setting a goal.  Being successful at achieving your goals takes creating a full blueprint; one that maps the process out straight from the beginning to completion.  You can have whatever you want BUT it requires discipline and intentional action.  It takes vision, preparation and reflection.

At Inspire, Create, Activate! Participants will learn how to plan, prepare and create a blueprint to follow to make their dreams reality.  ACTION is an important part of the process.  We will teach you how to get over your fears and self-imposed limitations so that 2018 can be a year of achievement and success.

Remember that setting goals is a great first step towards making them reality however just setting goals won’t give you the measure of success you desire.  It’s time to elevate to the next level!
